The main advantage of BOYARD Units is their size, which makes them the most compact in the world and their height reaches no more than 20 cm, which makes it possible to install them in places with limited space.
Cooling temperature from -30°C to +15°C will be provided by the exceptional versatility of the Units, which is absent in other similar cooling systems due to technical features.
BOYARD rotary refrigeration compressors are installed in all models of Units, which have significant technical and economic advantages over more traditional piston compressors.

UNIT PROTECTION SYSTEM
- Unit protection against low and high pressure: The standard equipment of the unit includes a mechanical two-block high/low pressure switch and, depending on the type of refrigerant and the operating mode of the unit, it is possible to set the high/low pressure value to protect the unit, which will turn off the unit in case of deviation of the pressure values from the working one.
- System protection against liquid freon shock (from water hammer): The standard equipment of the unit includes a liquid separator, the functionality of which is to separate the liquid refrigerant from the gaseous one, in order to protect the compressor from getting into the liquid refrigerant environment, which makes it impossible for it to fail and to extend its service life as much as possible.
- Compressor protection against overheating: Thanks to the compressor cooling technology, cooled refrigerant enters the compressor through the injection port, which maintains the optimal temperature of the compressor during its operation, thereby making it possible to use the unit for various refrigeration and freezing equipment. and also protects the compressor oil from degradation caused by high temperature.
- Protection of the compressor from low ambient temperatures: when operating the unit at low ambient temperatures, there is a risk of thickening of the compressor oil and proper lubrication of its parts. The compressor is equipped with an electric heater that will heat the compressor oil when the ambient temperature is reached.
- Protection of the electrical power supply of the unit: the unit is equipped with a starting relay that protects the compressor and fans from possible voltage overload, and has electric starting and running capacitors.
